401(k) Plan-the company offers this pre-tax retirement plan which allows you to contribute up to 100% of your pre-tax income and matches dollar for dollar up to 3% of your contributions each pay period.

Medical-we offer two types of medical plans to choose from-a high deductible plan and a traditional PPO plan

Dental-we offer two types of dental plans to choose from-a basic plan and an enhanced plan with coverage for orthodontia.

Vision-we offer free vision coverage paid for by CWS Corporate Housing.

Health Savings Account-if you elect the high deductible medical plan, you are eligible for the health savings account, which allows you to make pre-tax contributions to pay for qualified medical expenses. The best part is that the company matches dollar for dollar up to a maximum each year. 

Flexible Spending Account-we offer this reimbursement account which allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare or dependent-care expenses.

Company Paid Benefits-we offer accident dismemberment and disability insurance of $15,000, group term life insurance of $15,000, and long-term disability insurance of 60% of your base pay. 

Additional Optional Benefits-in addition to company-paid benefits, CWS Corporate Housing also offers short-term disability and additional life insurance plans up to a benefit amount of $100,000.

Paid-Time Off-we offer vacation and sick time that roll over each year, along with holiday pay including your birthday as a holiday.

Fitness Bucks-we offer fitness reimbursement each year for part-time associates (up to $50 per year) and full-time associates (up to $100 per year).

Tuition Reimbursement-CWS Corporate Housing believes in your growth and professional development. After one year of employment, CWS will pay up to 50% of your tuition and after 5 years of employment, CWS will pay up to 90% of your tuition.
